Membership is not yet on sale. This policy describes how refunds will work when it opens, so there are no surprises.

The policy

14-day money-back guarantee. If you buy a membership and it is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full - no questions, no forms.
EU and UK consumers: your statutory rights are not affected by anything on this page. For digital subscriptions the law gives you a 14-day withdrawal right; because membership grants immediate access to digital content, checkout will ask for your express consent to immediate access and your acknowledgment of how that affects the withdrawal right, as the law prescribes. Our own 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless, so in practice you are never worse off than the statutory position.
Renewals: we will remind you before any renewal charge where the law requires it, and you can cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

Email hello@onemorespoon.app from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
