- 1 tbspgrated fresh ginger
- 1lemon, zest and juice
- 300 mloat or whole milk
- 2 tbspchia seeds
- 1 tbspmaple syrup
- 100 gblueberries

Method
- Mix. Stir oats, ginger, lemon zest and juice, milk, chia and maple in a jar.
