Method

  1. Chop. Finely chop the salmon by hand and mix with ginger, lime zest, spring onions, panko, egg and salt. Shape into 2 thick patties; chill 10 minutes.
  2. Cook. Fry in the oil 3-4 minutes a side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Slaw. Toss the cabbage with yogurt, lime juice and seasoning. Toast the buns and stack it all up.
